Check out Me and My Strat…

…or YOU and YOUR strats, rather. :-) The embryo of my little Strats project is up, and I’ve posted some of your submissions already. More to follow tomorrow! Thanks to everyone who’s sent in their photos and stories.

I’ve come up with some guidelines for submission to help you if you’d like to participate. Feel free to spread the word about the site — the more, the merrier!

Hola Eva,

I wouldn’t say that I’m omnipresent in the real world, but I’m in a lot of places on the internet, yes. Although that is not what the God stands for in my nick ;)

Nice idea!! I’ve been a little off the internet so I didn’t make on time to send the pic (did I?) but I’ll send it this week!!

My beautiful baby (yes, the guitar!) deserves to be seen and admired :D along with her brothers and sisters (yes, the other guitars :P)

Lori, you should get a Fender signature model :( …it would even be good for them, to have a talented and cute FEMALE guitarist among so many long haired tatooed dudes…

Not really the right place, but let’s get some attention to the following:

Happy Birthday to you,
Happy Birthday to you,
Happy Birthday, dear Lori,
Happy Birthday to you!

I wrote a little more in the Yahoogroup, but you’ll see that yourself…

Take care and have a nice day.
Hugs,
Rob

Lori.
You wonderful American Sweede you, and Konig guitarist! Why! Why not “Gibson’s”? ? ? hehehe..
I love a strat, and just built one and will post, but I have to admit, I’m a Gibson guy all the way. Just bought the DVD from Black Label Society. Zakk is the man! God speed!

Oh, Lori,

Just a thought. This is the programmer in me. You should post the newest post first.. :-). Keep rocking! You are killer!

Hi Tim, Gibsons have their uses! I use a Gibson flying V for recording rhythm parts because 1) it’s so f’n METAL, and 2) it’s so easy to re-tune. I’m not sure what you mean about posting the newest posts first — the blog does that automatically. If you go to the main page, the newest post is always at the top of the page. Maybe I’ve misunderstood your comment?
